Before placing your order, please carefully review the product details to ensure compatibility. If you have any questions, our fast-response customer support team is here to help. Pay special attention to the compatibility of accessories and batteries.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Before Shipment

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. Note: If the carrier status shows “not picked up” but includes tracking information, the item is considered shipped.

After Shipping

If you cancel or decline an order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs, even for orders with “free shipping.” Unfortunately, we cannot intercept or cancel orders once they have been processed and shipped.

Important Note: Do not refuse packages containing accessories or batteries. Refused packages will be destroyed, and no refunds will be issued.

Return Policy for Unopened Items

Return Period

  • E-bikes: 14 days from receipt
  • Accessories and Batteries: 7 days from receipt

Conditions

Items must be in new condition and in their original, unopened packaging.

Shipping

You are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy for Opened Items

Period and Conditions of Return

  • Accessories and Batteries: We do not accept returns for opened or used accessories or batteries.

Charges of Return

If the product does not meet your expectations (e.g., due to overlooked details), you will be responsible for

  • Round-trip shipping costs
  • A 30% depreciation fee

Both charges will be deducted from your refund.

  • Videos and photos of all packaging and items
  • Your order details

Review Request
Our team will review your request based on the product condition and order details.

Obtain a Shipping Label
We will email you a shipping label for approved returns. In some cases, you may need to arrange your own return shipping.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds cannot be issued while packages are in transit.
