For in-stock items in our EU warehouse, dispatch is within 48 hours. For factory direct wholesale orders, production time is typically 20-25 days, plus transit time.
Do you ship to the USA/Australia?
Yes. We have established routes to Los Angeles, New York, Melbourne, and Sydney. Contact us for specific DDP rates to these regions.
Can I track my sea freight shipment?
Yes. We provide the Bill of Lading (B/L) and container tracking number as soon as the vessel departs. You can track it online in real-time.
