1-Year Warranty

Commercial Grade Protection

All Krozado Mobility products are covered by a comprehensive 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This coverage is designed for commercial use, including rental fleets.

Document

Take clear photos or video of the defect. Note the order number and date of purchase.

Shipping Damage

For B2B wholesale orders, responsibility for shipping damage depends on the Incoterms agreed upon (FOB, CIF, or DDP).

  • Inspection: Goods must be inspected upon arrival.
  • Reporting Window: Any visible damage to packaging or product must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Evidence: Photos of the damaged pallet/box before opening are required for insurance claims.

Returns Policy (B2B)

As a B2B manufacturer, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" on wholesale orders. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Defective Product: If a product is proven to have a manufacturing defect that cannot be rectified with replacement parts.
  • Incorrect Shipment: If you received items that do not match your purchase order.
  • Restocking Fee: Approved non-defective returns (if granted) are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs from use).
  • Damage caused by improper installation or modification.
  • Accidental damage or misuse (e.g., exceeding weight limits).
